Summer Heat & Your Laptop

Thursday, July 14th, 2011

laptopLeaving your laptop in your car in the summer heat can not be beneficial. My friend asked me last week if the heat in his car would damage his laptop? I was not comfortable telling him it would, but was not sure it wouldn’t either.

My thoughts are that as hot as it can get in a parked automobile, it is not good for anything! If you must leave your laptop in your car during the summer heat, lock it in the trunk.

Proud Papa

As my daughter graduated from college with her degree in teaching, it brought back memories of my college days. Although it was some time ago, I still remember learning how to repair computers and build networks.education

Most of the education I learned is out of date, b/c technology moves at light speed, but it conditioned me to always learn more and understand that my chosen profession requires non-stop education. I find it exciting and challenging to address and overcome new issues.
